About Darrin Rogers

Having dedicated his career to providing audit solutions to nonprofit organizations, Darrin Rogers serves as a Managing Partner at the accounting firm of Rogers & Company, headquartered in the Greater Washington, D.C. area. Among his primary activities, Darrin Rogers advises and consults nonprofits on general business strategic matters, tax compliance matters, and emerging audit and accounting developments. He oversees all strategic operations, development, and quality control functions for the firm, which has experienced tremendous growth the last few years.

Prior to founding Rogers & Company in 2001, Darrin Rogers worked as a Director of Audit Services at Grant Thornton, managing a team of employees as well as providing high-level financial analysis and audit oversight for nonprofits in its Washington, D.C. office. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse, where his work also centered on overseeing nonprofit audits in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

To better serve his clients, Darrin Rogers has maintained membership to a number of industry organizations throughout his career. Today, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA), Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce. He travels nationally for many of his firm’s clients, providing salient financial advice to governing boards at some of the nation’s most recognized tax-exempt organizations.
